Terms and refund policy

Last updated 2 November 2026

These terms apply when you buy a licence for one of the tools listed on devsuda.com. Each tool's own website may add terms specific to that tool; where they differ, the tool's terms for that tool apply.

Who we are

Devsuda is a sole proprietorship run by Bora. You can reach us at support@devsuda.com.

What you buy

  • Paid plans are digital licences for software. There is nothing physical to ship.
  • After payment, your licence key is sent to the email address you gave at checkout. You use it to unlock the paid features of that tool.
  • The plan you choose on the tool's website sets what the licence covers and for how long. Prices are shown on that website before you pay.
  • A licence lets you use the tool; it does not transfer ownership of the software.

Payment

Payments for these tools are processed by Stripe; card statements name the tool you bought (for example DEVSUDA* GAPLAD).

Refund policy

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@devsuda.com with the email address you used at checkout. The refund goes back to your original payment method through Stripe, and the licence for that purchase ends once the refund is made. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

Using the tools

  • Please do not share your licence key publicly, resell it, or try to get around the licence check.
  • You keep all rights to the data you put into the tools and the figures and reports you make with them.
  • The tools are aids to your own professional judgement. Check results before you rely on them for decisions that matter.

Liability

The tools are provided as they are. We work to keep them correct and available, but we cannot promise they will be free of errors or always online. To the extent the law allows, Devsuda's total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version appears on this page with a new date. The terms in place when you bought a licence apply to that purchase.
